Crafty

My hand made embroidered pillow. A gift for my Aunt!

My first ever embroidery! A gift for my parents. The motor home pictured here is an old Bounder from the late 80's. Our first motor home ever! :)

Christmas was wonderful! I spent the holiday weekend at my parents house. Their hose is always so cozy. I love our little apartment in the city, but sometimes I miss hanging out by the fireplace watching mystery diagnosis with my mom.
I ate lots of cookies and one too many turkey croquettes! I was so excited to give out my hand made gifts this year. Everyone seemed to really love the things I made them. My mom, dad and aunt went in on my gift....a Nikon D3000! I've wanted a DSLR for such a long time. I have no idea how to use it or how to take a good photograph, but I'm learning. slowly.
Another wonderful gift was given to me by my boyfriend. He picked out a beautiful tiffany necklace with a cute anchor pendant! He's got good taste and I haven't taken it off since I took it out of the box. :) I hope everyone had a great holiday!
More photos to come...
