Thrift treasures!

today i visited a new thrift store that my mom found. New Life Thrift. They had some amazing things, but it was so crowded that i felt overwhelmed and didn't really get to check everything out. BUT.... i did find two amazing vintage dresses. I stupidly left my camera in the car, so I took a quick cell phone shot of this (what looks to be handmade) floor length velvet and lace dress. The top is a beautiful cream color and the bottom is green velvet. It has an adorable little lime green bow/belt too! I'm going to take some real pictures of it tomorrow, along with another cute purple cocktail dress I found.

Tonight was a cozy night in with the boys. Mike and i hung out on the couch with the cats and drank hot chocolate while watching a crazy korean gore movie. Our apartment is absolutely FREEZING. No thanks to our crappy electric baseboard heat. I hope everyone is staying toasty! :)
